The iconic female celebrity will have her wax figure in India's first Madame Tussauds
Yesteryear actress Madhubala is the latest celebrity to join the Bollywood brigade at Madame Tussauds, Delhi.
It is scheduled to open later this year.
Madhubala, who is considered as an iconic female celebrity of the Indian cinema, will have her wax figure styled based on her iconic character Anarkali from the classic film ?'Mughal-E- Azam?.
Madhubala was born as Mumtaz Jehan Begum Dehlavi in 1933.
She joined the Bombay film industry when she was 9 to provide financial help to her family. She was one of five children in the family.
At the age of 14, Madhubala played the leading lady in ?Neel Kamal? with Raj Kapoor.
She changed her name to Madhubala after the success of the movie.
