As Deadpool 2 hits theatres on Friday, expectations are huge from this Ryan Reynolds film. The film's trailers have already garnered a lot of buzz and with Ranveer Singh giving his voice to the dubbed Hindi version, the film has just got bigger in India.
Incidentally, Ranveer Singh is not the only Bollywood connection to Marvel's latest superhero film. Turns out, the film pays a tribute of sorts to Shah Rukh Khan. Wondering how? Here are the details. (Spoiler alert )
According to a report in BollywoodLife, a song from SRK's film Swades is played inside Dopinder's cab in one of the scenes. The song in question is 'Yuhi Chala Chal Rahi'. In the scene, Dopinder is seen driving Cable and Domino to a destination. Cable appears to be annoyed at the choice of song and commands Dopinder to turn the song off, which prompts Deadpool to call him a racist.
The film- a sequel to Deadpool- also features Josh Brolin as the antagonist. Early reviews suggest that the film is hilarious- much like the superhero himself.
